Zero Account balance

I am freelance developer receiving funds from the USA frequently (I live in Sri Lanka), my account was working fine and I had $326 dollars in it all of sudden my account balance went to zero without even touching the amount it had. Then again on the same day I received another payment of $146.92 and still the account shows as zero balance. Also I was asked to verify my identity with each email payment loaded reminder as below.

"While you can continue to receive payments, your Global Payment Service has not yet been verified and future payments may be held for review until verification is complete."

I have submitted all the documents they requested 2 days ago.

Also I noticed that my account was attached with USD and now it shows only EUR and GPB.

My question is do I have to wait until they verify my identity? Also is it normal that Payoneer rest the account balance to zero during the ID verification process?

Please help.
