Payoneer do not respond to emails?

New to Payoneer , waiting on my card to arrive. I received an email stating my application was approved but nothing from an actual human being. I've emailed several times , no response. Tried live chat it's never available.

Question - do Payoneer respond to emails ?

    I'm becoming quite concerned now , a company handling people's money should be available quickly - what if something goes wrong and I can't reach anyone?

    I was told the card would be shipped but no tracking information is available in the console , I've emailed for it but no response so far. I'll allow a few more days , is this normal ?

    Aside from the fact that apparently you did receive your card, were your emails ever answered?

    Hello, i have a question about cards and billing.

    Say there is a card with $1000USD on it.
    An American company bills the Card/Account for $500 USD.
    The remaining balance in the account/card will be $500 USD or are there extra fees im missing ?

    I currently have a Canadian Mastercard (issued by a Canadian Bank) - If I use this card in another country then I am always charged 3% cross border fee and the exchange rate is calculated based on market value.

    Your cards operate in exactly the same way with the same fees or are there extra fees I'm missing?

    Payoneer has failed to reply to two separate requests informing that my password has been altered and my email has been changed for Payoneer. How many requests does it take?
