If problems , what protection is there?

If we have a balance in our Payoneer account , and it is no longer available for whatever reason. Is there any protection in this case?

We've read online forums about people having their money taken , blocked , suspended etc. Before withdrawing any funds into Payoneer I'd like some sort of information on this front. Of course , Paypal receive similar reviews of dis-trust and I've been using Paypal for years without hitch.

These customers posting negative reviews about Payoneer "stealing" their funds , are these justified and based on experience ?
