I see a transaction that I didn’t make

Hi,
Yes, today when i entered to my account i find that a charge has been made without my permission.
I lost about $280 from my account, i find this transaction under "Pending Authorizations".
I havn't lost my card and i haven't share it with any one.
I do not know how it happened.
What should I do now.
Will I lose the $280 from my account?
Please help.

We encourage you to file your dispute forms promptly, since failing to provide the forms within 10 business days may result in a reversal of the provisional credit.
Please note that the credit may also be reversed at a later time if your dispute is rejected. You will be informed via e-mail if a reversal of the provisional credit is made.

Do I need to ask for a new card, or a new card will be sent to me automatically.

I have not authorized or participated in this transaction in any way.
My card has not been out of my possession.
The amount of $268.37 is not returned to my account yet.
Tell me what should I do. If you need any information to prove that I didn't make any transactions...
Please solve the problem as soon as possible, because i have a web hosting that must be renewed next month, and i don't want to lose my website after three years the work/

Same thing happens with with same email. I lose $336 from my account and i don't know who do this transaction. if they replied you or help you please must tell me. I also don't know how to fill the dispute from.0

same thing happen to me also just today i've lost $335 on my account last night i've checked it and it's in there but when i woke up in the morning to check my account it's gone .0

i been using payoneer for a long year now but it's the first time that something like this happen to me , last night my account on payoneer just been loaded for $336 i've also check on my email and payoneer account , when i woke up this morning to check again my account on payoneer before going to the bank i was shock and surprise that my money was already gone i've check my transaction and there's 2 pending authorization transaction which i didn't do . now i don't know what to do and how to get it back , i've tried to email the payoneer support but i'm still waiting for their reply , the live chat is still offline and won't be online until monday . i've already change also my pin code for security reasons.
i hope some of the payoneer support here could read my post.

The funny things is that the support team reply the same thing to me, they didn't sent the dispute form (i don't know where to find it) and after the 2nd email they sent stating the "unauthorized transaction"no one answer anymore. 19 hour from now.
It seems that it's a mass hacking things they are aware of.
The support team need to more reactive, it's our hard earned money.0 -

Hi guys, this problem is also to me. But I contacted Payoneer support but they just ignore me. I guess they are a little busy to answer or to try to response in the two or three business day.0
