Payoneer card declined

I have used my Payoneer-card "everywhere", nowadays I am shopping a lot online, and I never had any problems paying with my Payoneer-card (Ebay, Wish, Aliexpress and other sites like that) and I even shopped online today, but now that I was gonna pay I got an error message saying that the transaction was declined by card issuer. I have €4030 in my card, so I definitely have sufficient funds.. What's wrong ?
