PAYONEER'S HIDDEN FEES ???

Ok , so I just started using Payoneer. I have read the fees associated with the card etc.
I paid the annual fee OK , there is a $3 fee for using the card each time OK.
However , ACH Corporate Load Fee - WHAT IS THIS?
We do not want fees to be applied everytime we receive funds and then again when we use the funds.
