Account is locked - contacted support multiple time no reply

my account is locked i want to re open it how to do that ? i have contacted support multiple time but they never replied back i m trying this for 2-3 months now im taking this path to reach you guys thru community

About this "When you send an email to Customer Care for assistance with your account access, you will receive an automated reply with some instructions to help you try to gain access yourself. If this does not work, it is important to reply to the automated email so that a live agent can review your case and assist."

    My account was disabled and it's my fault, yes, but I followed the instructions and emailed your customer service, unfortunately, no response after a day or 2. I emailed that same automated response again, twice and still there's no reply. I NEED MY MONEY ASAP!!! I've been a customer for quite a while now and this is so frustrating, disappointing and upsetting. If you can't enable my account, please do SEND MY MONEY BACK!! I don't want to be rude, but I need the money I worked for soon.

    I still don't receive any response from anyone. I also tried calling, but the call did not go through. Please help! I really need my money ASAP. Here's my reference number: 170510-009254. What else can I do? If this won't be enabled, please just resend my money back.

    I am dealing with the same problem. Waiting for 3 days for an e-mail reply. Still waiting. Due to my "desperation about getting a helpful e-mail reply", I wanted to try the "LIVE CHAT" option. But do you know what? My problem is the fact that my account is locked and I cant login. Aaaand boom! Apparently I have to "LOG IN" to use the live chat option! Genius! Really genius! Still desperately waiting for a helpful e-mail reply while drinking some coffee and thinking about the wrong choices that I made.

    Ps: By the way, my wrong choices were my security questions. Nothing else.Nothing else..
