problem with credit card loading

Hello Team Payoneer

When I was trying to loading money by credit card .. Payoneer Send me a message
Your payment has been declined and your card will not be charged. It may take several days for funds to be displayed in your credit / debit card balance.
Please note that I complied with all the conditions for servies credit card loading
Now the amount has been deducted from the card and was rejection, What is the problem and how long the money will return to again my creidt card ?????

    Hi there Mina Maher,

    It sounds like you were trying to load funds from your personal credit card to your Payoneer account. This is considered self loading, which is not supported by Payoneer.

    It can take 7-10 business days for the amount in question to arrive back on your personal credit card.

    There are two ways to use your Payoneer Account with an online eWallet such as PayPal or Skrill.

    1. Receive funds from the eWallet using the Global Payment Service

    You can do this by adding a new bank account to your eWallet account, and entering your relevant Global Payment Service receiving account details.

    You can view your Global Payment Service details by logging into your Payoneer account, going to the Receive menu and clicking on Global Payment Service. For more information regarding the service, please visit the FAQs.

    Note: some eWallets will not allow adding bank details before verifying a payment method, such as a credit/debit card.

    1. Verify your Payoneer card with your eWallet account and use it for online purchases.

    Most eWallet websites require that you have valid credit/debit card details in order to perform online purchases. If you wish to use your Payoneer Prepaid Mastercard, some websites may attempt to verify the card by performing a small verification charge of around $1-3. If you do not have sufficient funds on your card to cover this verification charge, the attempt to link the card will be declined.
