Hi,

I've been receiving payments through load.payoneer.com but now my client is unable to send me any payment through the link. Getting error as soon as we enter the email attached to the card "We are unable to accept payments at this time, please try again later.". I've personally tried it too with same error.

Thanks,

Tahir

    Hi,

This is the response that I got from customer support (btw, complete nonsense because I'm their user for more than two years and the seller who receives payments via pay pal and 2checkout):

"Your account activity has not yet met the requirements for availability of the Credit Card Loading Service. You can continue to use your account to receive payments using the US Payment Service or from any of our official mass payout companies, and once you become more active you will be eligible for the Credit Card Loading Service.
Please note, your Payoneer card is intended to be used as a payout solution, to get paid from any of our official partners or the US Payment Service. Your Payoneer account should not be used for the sole purpose of credit card loads."

    Poor...

You're trying to use Private Card Loading method, which is allowed only when your account is active and receiving money from any provided official channel from Payoneer, such us USPS/EUPS/UKPS or one of their partners, which happened to me personally and I'm no more able to receive payments from a UK company I'm contracted with.

The reason is that, such scenarios would push other companies away from getting affiliated with Payoneer, since Payoneer make most of their money from their partners, not from Private Loads, let alone the possibility of chargebacks and fraud that comes with using a stolen card, or an unsatisfied client who wants his money back and so on, which can't be the case if the payment was made by ACH/SEPA, or just made from one of the official partners.

Private loads are considered case by case, and I understand why Payoneer would go this route, and I have no problem with that, and next time I need to get paid from UK, I'd ask for the UKPS, and I already have the USPS, and I've applied for the EUPS, which honestly removes the need to get private loads. If the client is situated in Asia or Australia, or even Africa, then I guess they'd rather use Paypal/Skrill whichever charges you less, and you can withdraw from Skrill directly into your Bank Account (SWIFT) for dirt cheap money, the lowest in the whole world! Or you can withdraw from Paypal/Skrill to your USPS, if you managed to link your account to Paypal, as BoA accounts are automatically refused, at least in my case.

    Hello Members,

Am here to seek immediate help with my issue. I requested for a payment from my employer but all he was offered was only USPS. He rejected the request saying he can only pay by credit card and not through bank ( Its a UK Company). Why can't payoneer offer my client the option to pay using credit card. And what is the viable work around for this.
