My account has been being locked for three weeks and Payoneer support responds without spirit

Hello Community,

At the end of the year 2015, my Payoneer password was expired and Payoneer site forced me to change it.

As I didn't have other choices I had to change it. But then, after some time, it was found that I didn't remember my new password. Then I tried to restore it with security questions but without success after what my account was locked.

I sent a message to the support and they responded that I need to perform a payment for my account and then to contact them again.

I made a payment and replied to them informing about this.

Then they replied asking me my phone number I used during registration. I replied with that info three days ago. After that, I'm sending to them a new message every day and there is no response.

In one of the messages, the support informed me that though my account is blocked I still can use my card but last few times I tried to withdraw or to shop with it my attempts were rejected.

Does anybody know what is going on and how to solve the problem?
