Frustrated Payment Approval Process.

I received payment in my account but its showing a yellow exclamation mark and guess what its my hard earned money i can't withdraw. I received an email from customer support and they requested some information and I didn't heard back from them.
I am a consultant and I have many clients and there are a lot of payment options. I was using wire transfers, Western Union and even bit coins. I wanted to give payoneer a go but i am really disappointed. I don't have any problem with the verification process but that should be done before account opening or at least communicated clearly that how long payoneer is going to hold MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

    I'm having the same problem, I use Payoneer more than a year to receive a payment and there is never a problem. I don't have any problem with the verification process, but now my Payment Status:
    Payment waiting for approval since 01/21/2016 23:29 till now.
