My US Payment Service Inactive

Hi,

I don't know why my active US Payment Service became inactive long time ago. Whenever I go to USPS it says"This service is currently inactive.

Activating this service will allow you to receive direct deposit payments from select US corporations using the ACH network.
To register for the US Payment Service, please activate this service."

Is there a way to reactivate this service? Please help I want to reactivate my USPS!
