My account has been locked due to password expiration

Hello,
Before couple of days when I log into my Payoneer account I got an message said that I must change my password because it is expired!
And when I change the password Payoneer asked my for two security answers, I tried to remember it but I cannot and I tried for three times, finally account has been locked!
I need your help please to re-activate my account.
