Why is Pakistan not mentioned in the list when signing up through fiverr?

I wanted to withdraw my earnings from fiverr. i already hold a Payoneer card, when i try to merge the accounts they redirect me to a sign up page from fiverr to Payoneer, i read in the forums to sign up again using a different email address and then follow the procedure ahead to merge the accounts. while filling the form i noticed that Pakistan is not mentioned in the list of countries.
If anyone can help I'll be grateful
