Bank account not verified after 1 month

Hello,
I received fund in my Payoneer account on November and December. I have verified my bank account in November and I have made 2 withdrawals to my bank account. After that on the beginning of the 2016 my bank details changed and I have asked customer support to update them in my account. I have told them about this issue, after 10 days I have received an email from customer support with bank account confirmation but logging in to my account I have noticed that there was no bank account linked. I have contacted them again about this problem and after 3 weeks I'm still waiting an aswear The live chat is not working, to the emails are not answearing (I cannot call them because my english is very bad and I'm afraid that we will not understand on the phone) and my money are locked in my account. I cannot receive other payments and I cannot withdraw the money that are in my account. What should I do?
