I don't get the expired card message so, I can't ask for a new one, what should I do?

That's the case, I have y card expired but I don't get the message, so I don't know what to do. Today I sent two messages to the support but I got automatic messages. I will call but I don't have phone since I move from home this week. I will call tomorrow but in any case if anyone knows what to do please let me know.

    Hi there,

    90 days before your card expires you will see at the top of the page a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card.

    Once you have submitted the required information a new card will be ordered for you. Your current card will remain enabled until you receive and activate the new card, after which your account balance and payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.

    If you don't receive the message or are having difficulties using it, kindly contact our support center directly via phone, chat or email so a representative can assist you in manually ordering you a new replacement card.
