Why is it taking so long for a Payoneer rep to get a hold of me

It's finally Monday and i still haven't been contacted by anyone by phone or email. i'm on the forum because ive already called and emailed CS several times... does anyone is this company have power to tell whoever runs everything that something is MAJORLY wrong? I remember when chat used to work and now that NEVER works... sigh, getting so frustrated and losing my patience especially because ive been dealing with this since jan 22. I have every right to be upset, especially when my funds are being tied up due to the company.

(my last 2 posts got deleted, and guessing this will too) so i basically get ignored no matter what i TRY to do. thanks payoneer. Even a response to this would make me feel better.
