Missing Information, Please Contact Customer Support (5062190)

Dear sir.
Glad to find out there is a forum, a community for payoneer members.

A friend sent me 230$ two days ago (Payment Number - 5062190). You asked him for verification. and from what I was told he already sent you everything you asked for 15 hours ago. As for what I can see in my account - no change. Still the same message "Missing Information - Please contact Customer Support"

So here I am. What can you tell me? should I also send you anything, or?

Hope for a quick answer, since I was expecting those money and I really need them as soon as possible.

    Our payments department has contacted the loader, asking for them to send the requested information, we have yet to receive it.

    But my friend said that he had faxed his DRIVER LICENCE AND BANK CARD. Please check it. if you still can't find them, please advice. then i will ask him to check. Thanks again.

    Loader has confirmed and scanned the required documents and calls the support.
    Still no thing happened .
    Am awaiting for loading the money for a week!!!

    Unfortunately we did not receive the required documents from the loader. I suggest that you contact the loader directly for further information.
