Hi,
Problem 01:
When i try to transfer money from my account to another Payoneer account its show me weird thing. "We're sorry but you cannot make a payment at this time. Please contact us for assistance."
Attach screen-shot. I don't know why this happen again and again.

Problem 02:
I tried to contact via live chat over and over again. At list 5-7 times per day. But there was another problem to show me. This time "Chat not available due to high volume of inquires." Please check the attach.

Problem 03:
I tried to contact via email and send to them 3 massage but still no replay.

It's happening from the past 8-9 days ago.
Is there any solution ?

    I can only confirm this is starting to look like a pretty shady enterprise. I have the same issue and no response to either messages, live chat or even telephone calls. I look forward to an early reply from a Payoneer rep to your inquiry, or we should urge Mastercard to consider quitting any affiliation with this outfit.

    Hi, i have the same problem here my boss is unable to send me money , although he has been able to send me money before but for some reason he get this msg now when he enter my email "we're sorry but you cannot make a payment at this time"

    i have a question to the payoneer support : do u think that this problem will fix it self !! all this people complaining and there is no respond !!

    after contacting support they say :

    "After checking the issue more thoroughly we could not resolve the issue immediately.

    We have transferred this to the relevant department with the explanation that you received it in the past and to explain why this option is no longer available.

    We will let you know as soon as we have more details."

    it's been 2 weeks now and there is no respond !! :/ dose anyone will help me here or u will ignore this ??

    I have the same problem. Its amazing that nobody from Payoneer even others to come and explain what's going on three years after the first post.
