my payoneer account is locked from the last 7 days

i am really disappointed from payoneer. since 7 days passed but my payoneer account is locked.
i dont know how to open.
as i already contacted to payoneer many times but still getting no information about my card.
now i posted my question here. i hope someone will help

I Have Same Problem.My Account Locked Since 2 Days Passed. Because I Forgot My Secure Answer, And I Contact Payoneer Many Times.But He Is Not Help Me. Please Solved My Problem.My Reference Number: 160220-005385

I'm totaly shocked! I forgot my secure answer, What now? There is no way to contact support. FAQ means nothing to me....
