Payments from a US company. Complicated.

I´m not sure how to phrase it short, so i´ll try to explain all the important info.

I´m a freelancer (living in EU right now), about to start a project with a hollywood studio.
I tried to explain to them that i essentially have a US bank account, and sent them the info from the US payment service (ABA routing and account numbers), but they keep telling me to send them IBAN and BIC numbers (which i don´t have) because apparently all outside-of-US employees will be paid from Europe too or something, so from a EU company... i don´t know, their explanation got convoluted at that point. And they also want to know the address of the bank, which i can´t find out anywhere. I´m not sure if that´s important to the overall process of transferring money, maybe they just want it for notes?

So the question is, would getting the EU payment service help in this situation? Would that give me IBAN and BIC numbers? How long does it usually take to apply for it? As mentioned, i already have the US payment service, but don´t have the EU one in the options. The job is kind of on short notice, so i want to figure out whether i can handle this via Payoneer or try something else.
