My account is under review still a month

I was requested for a new USA bank account because my old bank account is linked with a limit paypal, after i requested the new one my account is under review still a month. i am trying to get any information from payoneer live chat but anybody say nothing , they only say you have to wait. but i want to know actually how many days i have to wait for this kind of little work ????

I am really destroying for this , all time i get payment from my client using EURO payment service but now my EURO payment service is inactive for the review.

anybody please help me ... i am really destroying.
