Problem with my request a new card after my expired.

Hi!
i and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card and applied for a new one, but my application status just stopped in the approval step and it's say "Your application is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days." but it's take more than 2 months.
what should i do my all transaction are stopped due to my card expired and i can't Shop or use my money until i get the new card.
Please solve my problem so i can use my money and my Card again.

    Easy, contact the Live Chat guys, they will verify and if true they'll click a button and a new card will be on its way to you right away.

    i talked with a guy in Live chat and i give him all what he asks for to verify but it's still in "Your application is currently being reviewed".

    Allow it a day or 2 and it should be fine, if everything is in line, so don't worry.

    i hope so. the funny things is that my card expired when i really need it.
