Payoneer going to disable my account without any explanation

Last month, I had applied for local Bank Withdrawal service. But my card was blocked instead the approval of local Bank Withdrawal service. I sent an email to payoneer about this issue. I got an email from Payoneer:

“This message is to inform you that unfortunately, in accordance with Payoneer's Terms and Conditions, we will no longer be able to provide you with a payment solution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. In order to avoid delayed or declined payments, we advise that you not attempt to send any additional payments to your Payoneer account. Your account will be disabled in 5 business days, on 02/12/2016. Please be sure to access any available account balance by that time, as once your account is disabled you will be unable to access those funds.”

I have contacted via live chat support and requested for an explanation. There was no luck.

I've been a loyal account holder for 4 years. All my financial transactions are transparent and legal. I would love to have someone expedite an explanation and I hope it will be done through this community.

    I'm not sure what do you mean by applied for local bank withdrawal? Do you mean you tried to sign up for Payoneer anew to get the local bank payment?

    If so, then I guess you fell into the dilemma of not reading the TOS/EULA like most of the people on planet earth, and I mean the Terms Of Service/End User License Agreement.

    Payoneer provides one unique account for each unique individual.
    Payoneer allows the customer to have only one service, either the Card or the Local Bank Payment, which doesn't need a card.

    So if you had the card, and wanted to do the Local Bank, the system will red-flag you as a cheater, which will be reviewed by the staff and be judged like what have you got in the email.

    TBH with you, it would be hard to convince any money-related company that it was an innocent mistake, and it would sound even more bad if you say that you didn't read the TOS that you checked and signed that you've read, understood, and agreed to follow, which in fact, I find most people do unconditionally, and usually they have no idea what's going on when their ships hit the iceberg.

    I wish you good luck to get a second chance, but if you will, then please make sure you don't do anything in the future, unless you're fully aware of what you're doing.

    I didn’t sign up for Payoneer anew. I have a payoneer card.

    I can withdraw up to BDT 20,000 (Local Currrency) at a time from an ATM and withdrawal fee is $2.5 for each transaction. Please check the screenshot

    You see I have make 7 ATM withdrawals at same day. So there was total $17.5 withdrawal fee for 7 transactions.

    Recently I have discovered the Local Bank withdrawal option in my payoneer account page. I thought, I can save little bit of withdraw fee in future, If I can withdraw to bank. That’s why I have tried to add Bank account in my payoneer account.

    My question is here. If payoneer don't allow one account for Local Bank Payment and payoneer card, Why the “withdraw to bank” option shown in my account page?

    I think the Local Bank Transfer is different from the Global Bank Transfer, and there are test services that are added to pilot accounts without the others.

    It would be better to get in the Live Chat and explain your situation and send them these screenshots.

    Hurry up before they close your account.

    My account has been disabled my customer Id is 38004565, I wasn't warned it was just done today along with all my funds pending in it , without any reason, this is theft, as my money was not refunded back to.me.
