cancellation of a previous card

Good morning, I talk about Portugal and would like to know how do I inform you that my Payoneer card was lost or not received it.
my account was opened February 13, 2013 and never got the card, I now work with a company that pays us through this card and which Emediato takes us the registration card but I can not do it as where the information that is given is that I have Payoneer card.
so I wonder how can I ask for the cancellation of a previous card in order to have access to the new through the company

    Same issue here, please make a funding source removal request to payoneer and wait few days or even few month, they will sure assist you.
