Refund to the deactivated (expired) card

My old Payoneer card expired, and I now have new card. But, few days ago a sum of $62.00 was refunded from a purchase made with the old card. And the refund is now listed under the old card, but I don't have any way to use it or move the money from expired card to my currently active card.
I tried to use Contact form, but there is no way to select question related to my problem, so I am asking here: how can I transfer money from expired card (from refund) to new active card?
