Can you cancel my payoneer card please?

I am wondering if I cancelled my Payoneer master card and only use the local bank transferring service, do I still have to pay the card maintenance fee?

I never had funds in my payoneer account and I made my payoneer in 2013 or 2014 (I am not exactly sure as I didn't use payoneer even I registered) so if I load money in my payoneer now, am I going to be charged for 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 means for 4 years (4*30=$120)?

if I cancelled my payoneer card and only use the bank transfer and load money, do you charge money for card's activation fee and maintenance fees ?

can I receive money from anyone (other than ur partners) specially from individual people and transfer the received money to my bank?

I simply want to know this.I registered around 2013 or 2014 and I don't have money in my account now. if I cancelled my payoneer card and keep using band transferring, how much I have to pay? what is the annual fee? can you tell me every fee associated with bank transfer? Thanks :)
please can you answer this quickly, I emailed payoneer like many times and even posted my question in the forum, but I didn't get any reply.
