I have received some ammount form my friend but the payment was waiting for aproval how can i solve it and this is my first transection to my payoneer account

Sir my friend sent me again amount but this time they says "waiting for approval" and i dont know whats wrong ....i received two load from the same loader but now third payment is not loaded they say wating for approval..???,what can i do ..:( :(
