404 Error on Document Upload

Hi, i opened a new account on Payoneer and i'm trying to upload my documents for verification but when i do that it takes me to a 404 Error - Page not found. How can i get my account verified?

    I am trying to upload my ID documents, but at the end of upload, a page error appear all the times !!! What's wrong in your website ???

    Hey @isuru you can use this link to upload your ID - If you are getting a 404 error you can also try to clear your cookies and/or use the incognito mode. If that does not work please let us know
