Can't get new card after the old one expired.

FAQ tells that i should be warned about expiration date and that there should appear button "Get new card" or something like that, but it haven't appeared. Any help?

    Could be that your card was deactivated when it got expired, due to lack of funds on your card and inactivity of more than 2 months.

    In either way, get on the Live Chat when it's available, and they'll issue you a new one right away, if everything is in place.
