Require verification / information and funds rejection


Can someone please confirm the account is verified.

I have read your terms and it states that incoming payments can be rejected and no reason is to be provided. If Payoneer rejects funds this will $25 each time so we need more information. I have posted on your Facebook , simply trying to get help from a manager. The live chat staff aren't very helpful.
