Money not back in account after cancelled transaction

To whom it may concern, I purchased airplane tickets from an online company (lastminute.com) last week, and the travel agency that actually provided the service couldn't automatically get the money from the card (it sat there about an hour in authorization status) so they cancelled the purchase.
Finally the money came out, but they already unlocked the amount so it went back to the card, but so far it's been almost a week and the money still sits under "Pending authorization" to be out, and it shouldn't at this point...
