Problem resetting my password

Greetings.

I'm a member of Payoneer, though I haven't been using this service in the past, but I think the time has NOW come for me to use this service more frequently.

As expected, I forgot the password that I used when I signed up, so I followed instructions on how to reset my password TO THE LETTER.

However, there seems to be a problem with the password format because no matter what I try, I keep getting the same error: A Question mark appears to the right of the password box

Your password must be at least 7 characters long
At least 1 Alphabetic character (a-z)
At least 1 Numeric digit (0-9)

My new password was 9 characters long, comprising of both letters and numbers.

What am I doing wrong?

Please enlighten me. I'm sure this is a really simple matter.

P.S. My CAPS LOCK key is NOT in its ON position.

    If you are using a computer or laptop when trying to reset your password and you have already cleared your internet browsing history, I recommend you contact our support center directly as there may be an unforeseen issue we are missing.
