Payoneer moved my withdrawals to another date, applied exchange rate for that date and took my money

I logged in to my Payoneer acccount today and found out that my balance is $77 less than it was several day ago.
I didn't made any purchases or withdrawal so I started investigation to find out what happened.
I have good habit to record all my payoneer withdrawals. For example: 01/01/16 - withdraw 10000 rubles, payoneer sum was $150 etc.
Using my records, I found out that Payoneer moved my withdrawals to another date, applied exchange rate for that date and took my $77:
my latest withdrawals made on 02/29/2016 and 03/01/2016 were displayed as if they were made on 03/02/2016 and had another, much higher sum in USD.
So initially Payoneer displayed correct date and another sum in USD, I recorded it. And then several days later Payoneer recalculated them and I lost $77.
Currently all 3 withdrawals have the same date and time, it is not physically possible to make 3 withdrawals within a minute. Also my daily withdrawal limits wouldn't allow me to do it.
What is going on, Payoneer?
