Please help me friends with my card blocking issue

my card is blocked and i have talk to support team a few days ago and they reply me with this message but i can't see any relevant transaction details option in transaction category.please help me with this issue today is holiday of chat with support team so i need you guys to tell me where i can submit all those three details that support team of payoneer send me.thanks

The authorization number(s) of the transaction(s) in question - The transaction can be found by logging in to your Payoneer Account and clicking on the relevant transaction details
Your date of birth
The ID number you provided during application for your card (for US cardholders please provide the last 4 digits of your SSN)
Confirm you are waiving your right to dispute the said transaction(s)
