Processing Card Load Issue

Hello,

I am holder of Payoneer card since 2011 and regularly receive payments from Elance and now from Upwork too.

Everything was going fine until on March 09, 2016 I receive one payment from Elance and one payment from Upwork. Most of the times I use Immediate Load option so I chose the same option to load my card. Today it is March 13, 2016 but when I login into the system it is still showing... Processing Card Load.

I sent four (4) emails on customer service, forwarded the original emails of Elance and Upwork which comes when payment comes in Payoneer and ask to click link to load, I also sent the screenshots of my account showing "Processing Card Load" and chat live with the customer support (she said we will update you) but still not getting a single reply about my emails or the account issue.

I am old user (since 2011) of Payoneer and all my payments come from from my freelancing work on Elance and Upwork and affiliate marketing work on Commission Junction.

I am a full time freelancer on above sites so every week I receive payments on them. This is my only sources of income. Week is ended now and I have submitted my clients my invoice for the work on Elance and Upwork. They will now release the payment which will come in my accounts on above sites. I have just one option of Payonner in my Elance and Upwork to receive payments. After my clients will release payments how will I receive it if my Payoneer not working.

Kindly let me know:

01. What is the issue?
02. Why it is showing Processing Card Load since many days?
03. Why I am not getting any reply of my four emails?
04. How will I withdraw my up-coming payments from Elance and Upwork?

Kindly let me know what is going on in the system. If my payment is stuck due to IT issue kindly check your servers or systems please. Inside my account it is showing 23718191 and 23707143 under payment heading. I think it is the reference number, so maybe it will help you track my account.

I will be grateful to you if you please look into this matter please.

    Any updates on my issues? I sent another email but not get any response yet. From March 9 until today March 15, it is now 7th day and i not received any reply on email. Chat option is showing LIVE CHAT: Chat not available due to high volume of inquires. Kindly someone update me about my payments.

    Hello,
    I also had this type of problem. I load money from Fiverr using immediate load.
    I waited for 14 days to receive my money (from 29th Feb 2016 to 14th Mar 2016)
    I received it by chatting with Payoneer customer support with live chat.

    I received my money after a week. Go on the payoneer website and send them email. You will get an automatic reply then send reply back to them and wait for few days. I think they take 7-10 days in review.

    I am facing the same issue. Basically, I am a Fiverr seller and have been receiving payments since 2013 without any issues. 3 Days ago, when I requested an immediate load but money wasn't transacted within 2 hours. Afterwards, I had a chat session with support staff and was told that my payment is under review. I was also guided that the I would receive an update via email as soon as the payment is transacted. I am still waiting for the payment. Please, someone help me to sort out the issue.

    Hi. Having a same issue. This one is US Payment Service. They money arrived but not refilling to card, from Monday. So far support even does not reply to me. Strangely but on Wednesday i also got payment from Upwork, and it passed through immediately, and i withdrew it without any problems.

    Scarily, 'Payment Status' reads nothing except a yellow exclamation mark. This is the first time i see it.

    This is second time I got delay in my payment within a same month. Payoneer guys please stop wasting your money on Facebook ads and start playing attention to your loyal customer.

    Hola amigos, desafortunadamente y sin previo aviso me han desactivado la opcion de "Request a Payment" del menu de mi cuenta, no se nada aun y no me han informado nada al respecto, no se la razon ni que sucede. Han habido algunos pagos rechazados pero no por culpa mia sino de algunos customers que ingresan mal su info y eso logicamente se sale de mis manos.
