My Payoneer card will be expired soon ( in about 2 Months ) but Still don't see the message

Hi

First of all Thank you for all your services and the Great Customer Support ..

I have a question/request : My Payoneer card will be expired soon ( 06/2016 ) but I still don't see the

message advising me that the card is about to expire ..

How can I order a New Card and How can I change the shipment address ?

I will be Very Thankful if you answer to my question and propose a solution :)

    Hi there,
    90 days before your card expires you will see at the top of the page a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card.

    Once you have submitted the required information a new card will be ordered for you. Your current card will remain enabled until you receive and activate the new card, after which your account balance and payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.

    If you don't receive the message or are having difficulties using it, kindly contact our support center directly via phone, chat or email so an agent can assist you in manually ordering you a new replacement card.

    New cards ordered to replace soon to be expired cards are done free of charge. 

    If your card is set to expire on 06/2016, it means that the card is valid until the end of that month. Most likely the message will appear in your Payoneer account towards the end of 04/2016
