Processing Card Load Issue

I have been receiving payments since 2010 without any issues. 5 Days ago, when I requested an immediate load but money wasn't transacted within 2 hours. Afterwards, I had a chat session with support staff and was told that my payment is under review. I was also guided that the I would receive an update via email as soon as the payment is transacted. I am still waiting for the payment.
Many People in this issue, anybody can help us?
Please, someone help me to sort out the issue.
Can anyone share his/her experience for this case please?

@alxarango I Faced the same issue a week ago. I was contacted via email and was asked to send a scanned image of national identity card or any other document issued by Government. I responded that email fulfilling the requirements and all of my payment went through within 2 working days.0

Hi Guys,
I have exactly the same issue too. I have been receiving payments since 2012. Suddenly, I am getting this "Processing card load".
I have been contacting support and they have been giving a run around. I am a genuine freelancer, and this issue has caused me serious problems as I live on these funds.
I transact inward about 2000 $ a month from my freelance work.
In the name of security, Payoneer is adversely affecting its genuine freelancing community. Atleast, they should revisit the process. If the funds are to be with held, they need to do the account review the promptly. It cannot be procrastinated to weeks. If you want to do a review, why are you accepting the funds into the account ? OR atleast reverse the transaction so that the poor guy can continue to support his family.
This really needs attention.

Facing same issue. It's my first ever transaction though. It's over a week now. (03/07/2016---11/07/016)
They said my payment is under review.
What does that mean?
