Rejected By Payoneer Security Department

Hi, I requested a payment and they paid with an e-check.

After a couple of days, it says "Rejected By Payoneer Security Department" without any further explanaition. I've contacted Payoneer support and they told me they'd contact me back with an answer but it's been a week already...

Any idea why this happens and how to avoid it?
