Issues with "You Received a Payment" email

Today I received a email from Payoneer labelled "You Received a Payment" about direct payment (private load) from my client and got few issues with it I want to notify Payoneer stuff about:

1. The email says "We are glad to inform you that a payment sent to you has been approved! The funds will be credited to your Payoneer account within 2 business days" while in fact the payment was approved 2 days ago and the moment it was send the payment was finally loaded to my account balance.

2. The email also contained a "Get Started" link to the application form (In order to continue using Payoneer’s online payment platform and avoid future delays, please fill out the application form.)
The form's URL is https://register.payoneer.com/merchnt-application-form/
The form couldn't be submitted in Google Chrome and possibly other modern browsers because the of security issue: the page URL is HTTPS while form's action URL is plain HTTP: http://payoneer.mkt6735.com/MerchntApplicationform/MerchntApplicationform
The only way I found to get through this is loading the page via insecure URL: http://register.payoneer.com/merchnt-application-form/
Needless to say, trying to change form's action URL to secure https://payoneer.mkt6735.com/MerchntApplicationform/MerchntApplicationform doesn't help as HTTPS seems to be not supported on that host.

3. Finally, the form still requires "Refund Policy (URL)" field even if I select "No Refund / Exchange" option in "What is your refund policy?" field.

I hope Payoneer team will be able to solve the issues easily. 
By the way, receiving a notification when the payment is approved or even when it just made by the client would be actually nice as I could mark the associated invoice as paid faster and avoid confusion with clients who made a payment but didn't get any confirmation from me until I notified about the payment loaded.

I decided to post the issues here instead of creating a support ticked because it's a low priority issue. Also support tickets are now limited to fixed list of questions we can ask (no "Other" subject at all!) so I wasn't sure which subject to pick.
Perhaps, other users may add something to this.

    in past i ordered payoneer but it never arrived to my place and i am afraid same will happen again so i want to have my card shipped via DHL or Fedex these are trusted sources but payoneer asking me to pay them 50USD which i dont have in my Payoneer account right now, so could i pay them through Bank transfer or paypal to paypal transfer, i have tried US payment service to fund my Payoneer but isn't working as well. please tell me about bank transfer and paypal to paypal transfer these two option i have to pay them.
