Opening A Corporate Account in Payoneer

Hello,

i'd like to open an account for my company in payoneer. i've read this instructions:
payoneer.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6120/~/can-i-apply-for-the-bank-transfer-service-under-a-company%2Forganizations-name%3F

according to this information above, it is possible to open a corporate account in payoneer, so i've applied for registration,, i've done every single thing according to the above instructions.

But, after a few days i've got an email which says: your application rejected because of you are under 18 years old.

that is funny because this is a corporate bank account and the instructions say:

"For the date of birth, enter your company's date of incorporation."

i am a 30 years old man but my company is just established. So, it seems there is an automated system which reject automatically my application because the date of birth is under 18 years old. If so, how is it possible to open a corporate account in Payoneer?

i've write this issue to payoneer customer support two times. but nobody answered. i didnt get a single answer... it is look like it is imposible to contact with payoneer customer support.

Do you have such an experience regarding this issue? What should i do to find a solution?

Thank you.

Hi, after reading your what you wrote, it sounds like you accidentally applied for a Payoneer prepaid card account which would have given you the generic decline of underage as it thought you applied as an individual.
When applying as a company, you need to apply for the Global Bank Transfer service. This type of accounts allows you to register as a business and it will automatically include all three currently available global payment service. Once you have set up the company account, you can order a prepaid card as another way of accessing your company funds.

If the reply you received was from a service representative, there was probably some form of confusion. I recommend you reply to the last email and state that you wish to apply as a company so the next representative who receives your email will be able to correct the wrong that was made.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.
