My card is expiring, how to request for new card?

Hi,

My existing card is expiring in June 2016 but my account still has not shown the notification to request for new card. May I know will the new card be sent to me automatically?

    New cards are not sent automatically. 90 days before your card expires you will see at the top of the page a message advising you that your card is about to expire. Click on the message and follow the on-screen instructions to request a new card.

    Once you have submitted the required information a new card will be ordered for you. Your current card will remain enabled until you receive and activate the new card, after which your account balance and payment methods will be automatically transferred to the new card.

    If you don't receive the message or are having difficulties using it, kindly contact our support center directly via phone, chat or email so an agent can assist you in manually ordering you a new replacement card.
