Hi,

I have a client in Israel who told me that Payoneer doesn't let him create an account in order to pay me.
I want to know if it is true.
I would love to use Payoneer instead of Paypal.

Thanks in advance,
N.

Hi, your client doesn't need to create a Payoneer account to pay you. You can send your client a payment request via email so your client can process a payment based on the region he is located in.

You can read more about the billing service by clicking here.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

For any inquiries directly associated to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Support Center.

    Hi,
My client tried to pay me that way, but at some point Payoneer asked him to open a business account and have more than $10k movement per month.
So Payoneer doesn't want my client as a client, therefore I am forced to use another platform like Skrill.
    :(

Here is the answers from Payoneer to my client:

"Thanks for your reply. By any chance, do you have a Payoneer account that you are already receiving funds onto?
If yes, we may have a solution for you, but if not, unfortunately, we are currently only taking on new mass payout clients who are already paying out, internationally, to at least 10 payees a minimum of $10K per month.
Let me know and thanks again,
    Lymore"
