Why can not pay international flight in TAM airlines?

Hello, i'm currently trying to pay an international flight ticket on TAM Website, but it always prompt me to check again the card details, i've even changed my billing location (small change, just a dash that the page can't recognize) to ensure it matched perfectly, but there's no way to make it work.

The difference I can see between the TAM website and Payoneer billing address is that TAM is asking me the city/province for my billing address and my card doesnt have any set, this may cause the problem? I'm in a hurry because I got to travel this weekend and I don't know what can I do here.

I have used this card to travel in the past (didn't bought an airplane ticket before, but I didn't had any problem with POS or ATM) and also I've used it to buy in a couple of stores online without any problem, so I don't know why is this happening.
