What is WithdrawalRequest Bulk in Transaction type?

Yesterday I received funds to my Payoneer account from Amazon and today morning it was supposed to reach in my bank account but it didn't and the transaction type says "WithdrawalRequest Bulk" what does it mean? usually when Payoneer transfer funds to my bank account it labels transaction type as "Withdraw to Account Account Withdrawal" but this time it says WithdrawalRequest Bulk

Can anybody help me what is it? and why I haven't received my funds in to my bank yet.
I tried contacting payoneer customer support but they haven't replied to my email yet.
Payoneer customer supports sucks.
