Blocked account

Ok, so i forgot my password.

While entering the answers to the secutiry questions in the reset password section, i believe i also misspelled some of them and my account got blocked. Now, if i try to log in to my account there is a warning telling me to contact payoneer, however in the contact form there is no an option for permant blocked accounts, just for 30 minutes block.

My account has now been blocked for more than 2 weeks and i can't find a way to contact payoneer support through the contact form (not to say i can't get the live chat option to work) What should i do? Can somebody help me?
