ATM Charged Me but Didn't Dispense Cash?

Hello My name is Bojan. On 4.4.2016 i wanted to withdraw money on ATM. What happened was that the ATM charged me, but didn't Dispense Cash, so i went to bank manager i he said that the ATM is empty and that they have sent my payment back to my card and now i need to contact you guys for further assistance.
Can anybody solve this. Thanks.
