Card reactivated and expiring but no link for ordering new card- Please help

My card was deactivated for 5/6 months and now I reactivate it and it will expire this month. But in Payoneer, after I log in, can't see anything in which I can order new card. I wrote to the customer care, but no reply. Please help/
