Verifying card as a payment method at freelancer.com

Hey ! i have a problem while verifying my card as a payment method at Freelancer.com.
They tells me that we are unable to authorize your card, later on in a chat with freelancer member they tells me that you have to authorize your first transaction. so please assist me with how can it be done ! Thanks
