Status of my payment request is "Payment Approved" for a long. Why not Paid?

Hello All,

Status of my payment request is "Payment Approved" for a long. Why not I am getting Paid? My card has been expired in previous month, the new card has not arrived to me yet. So is this causing the issue? I thought my payment should be loaded into my account. Then when I can activate my new card, I will transfer the money to it. I was also planning to request to re-issue another new card via a paid mail service to avoid the failure of delivery. But my current balance is less than the order fee, so I expected the payment to be deposited to my account, then I should be able to pay the fee to request to re-issue another new card.

So please help me how I can overcome this issue.
